Winemaking
Because the grape varieties ripen at different times, they are vinified separately. Some of these wines will be aged in oak barrels and will be blended with those aged in stainless steel tanks.
Food & Wine Pairings
Beautiful golden-yellow robe, clear and brilliant. The nose is ethereal with dominant floral notes (with a hint of flint and subtle woody aromas). Lovely richness on the attack, with notes of ripe white-fleshed fruit. A sensation of freshness on the finish.
Perfectly complements grilled or sauced fish, pan-fried langoustines, poultry in cream sauce, grilled vegetables, or goat cheese.
