Winemaking
Grenache is vinified by bleeding, while Syrah is pressed. The harvest is carried out at night. Alcoholic fermentation takes place very slowly and at low temperatures. Breeding on lees for 3 months.
Food & Wine Pairings
Pale pink color. The nose expresses fond and tender accents of red fruits, close to raspberry. In the mouth, it is greedy and very salivating because of its freshness. Balanced and quite long, it is a direct wine whose vivacity accompanies, without crushing them, deliciously fruity flavors.
The Rosé de Vaugelas can be enjoyed as an aperitif, and will sublimate a fish curry, a vegetable tagine or a red fruit pie.
