Winemaking

The Grenache grape variety is pressed directly in a pneumatic press and then fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks.

Syrah offers its optimal aromatic by bleeding.

A blend of these two rosés is made in order to elaborate a wine of a very beautiful freshness and a great aromatic intensity.

Food & Wine Pairings

Intense and gourmet nose, exhaling delicious notes of small red fruits such as strawberry and raspberries. Palate generously fruity, round and fresh at the same time.

Can be enjoyed as an aperitif, then will perfectly accompany your appetizers based on fish or meat, grilled meat, grilled vegetables.
