Winemaking

After destemming, fermentations are carried out with total temperature control. The vats last between 20 and 24 days with maximum extraction that promotes color and aromas. Ageing is done in barrels for 9 to 12 months.

Food & Wine Pairings

The color is shiny, garnet with ruby reflections. The aromas of red fruits and cherries with brandy are accompanied by vanilla notes and sweet licorice. The palate is ample with a beautiful balance, where the fine and elegant tannins are harmonized by a beautiful roundness.

This wine will reveal all its flavors accompanied by a roast beef in a salt crust, or a forest casserole egg.
