Winemaking
The harvest is carried out at night, in order to protect the berries from the heat and preserve all the aromas. The grapes are treated in the cold before pneumatic pressing. 1/3 of the Marsanne is fermented and aged in French oak barrels for 4 months, before blending with the rest of the Marsanne of this cuvée and the Grenache Blanc. The wine is then aged in vats on fine lees with regular batonnage for 6 months.
Food & Wine Pairings
A wine of great aromatic richness, exhaling notes of exotic fruits and candied citrus fruits. Beautiful balance in the mouth, with fat, volume and a very pleasant freshness.
Can be enjoyed as an aperitif, and will sublimate your grilled fish, white meats and ripened cheeses.
