Winemaking
Destemming the harvest. Vinification with temperature control between 28 and 30 ° C throughout the vatting which lasts on average between three and four weeks, which allows a qualitative extraction.

With a sustained red color with purple reflections, this wine has a nose of red fruit jam and violet, with notes of sweet and woody spices. In the mouth, it is generous and tender. Bourguigon beef, steamed potatoes, Comté.
