Manual harvesting of the harvest. Pre-fermentation maceration and the vinification of the grape varieties is done separately. Ageing in vats 6 to 12 months in barrels.

Food & Wine Pairings

Pretty garnet dress. Nose with the scent of small black fruits like blackberry, with woody and spicy notes. The attack in the mouth is lively, revealing a firm and elegant structure. Extraordinary length on empyreumatic notes.

This cuvée will sublimate a beef tournedos with morels, a tomato curry, roasted vegetables and hummus, an apple-caramel crumble.
