Winemaking
The best grapes are selected. Grenache noir is vinified in a small vat of 50 hl. Syrah is vinified entirely in "integral vinification" barrels. The wine is aged for a minimum of 12 months in barrels before being blended.
Food & Wine Pairings
Intense notes of black fruit, spices and vanilla. The palate is powerful and elegant at the same time, endowed with a pretty fruity material and a very beautiful frame.
To marry with a beef bib with shallot, a chili of sweet potatoes and red beans, a platter of various cheeses.
